These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of airridedirect.com and any purchase you make from Air Ride Direct L.L.C. (“Air Ride Direct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or checking out, and you are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and Fitment

We sell air suspension systems, management components, and other aftermarket automotive parts. Product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are believed to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description is complete or error-free. Product images may show optional accessories or a similar item, and the actual part may vary.

It is your responsibility to confirm that a product is correct for your vehicle and intended use before installation. If you are unsure, contact our team with your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim, and we will help you choose the right parts.

3. Installation, Use, and Legal Compliance

Many of our products modify your vehicle’s suspension, ride height, and handling. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician, and all manufacturer instructions, torque specifications, and safety warnings must be followed. After installation, have a professional alignment performed at your normal driving height.

Some aftermarket parts may not be legal for street use in every state or may affect your vehicle’s factory warranty, emissions compliance, or insurance. You are responsible for making sure your vehicle and its modifications comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel or adjust your order and will notify you before charging or refund any payment already collected.

Some products, including complete air ride systems and custom or made-to-order parts, are built or shipped by the manufacturer and may have extended lead times. We will keep you informed of expected timing when it differs from standard processing.

5. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed in error. An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted; acceptance occurs when your order ships.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Financing and buy-now-pay-later options (such as Affirm, PayPal Credit, Sezzle, and Klarna) are offered by third-party providers; approval, rates, and terms are set solely by those providers.

Sales tax is charged where required by law. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States and affordable rates for international shipping, as shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Some larger systems require manufacturing time and may take longer to arrive. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier; if a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us right away so we can file a claim.

Orders may ship from our suppliers’ warehouses. Please do not return items to the address they shipped from.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy and our Product Warranty & Returns Guide. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, require a Return Authorization (RA#) before shipping, and are subject to restocking fees. Air suspension products, custom parts once production has started, special orders, and installed parts are not returnable. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are exchanged.

Products are covered by the warranty terms in our Product Warranty & Returns Guide or by their manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Air Ride Direct does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is stated in that guide. Warranty coverage does not include labor, installation costs, towing, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modification.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or a manufacturer’s written warranty, the website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Air Ride Direct and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, labor costs, or vehicle downtime, arising from your use of the website or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Air Ride Direct from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or the installation or use of products in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and the Air Ride Direct and A.R.D. names and marks, is owned by Air Ride Direct or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

12. Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review, photo, or other content on our website, you confirm that it is your own, accurate, and not offensive or unlawful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to manufacturer, financing, or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of those sites is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
